LRP4 Antibody (PA5-118912) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of LRP4 in Mouse brain tissue using a LRP4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118912). The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. The sample was then blocked and incubated with the primary antibody at 4°C overnight. An HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit antibody was used as the secondary antibody.

This gene encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein family. The encoded protein may be a regulator of Wnt signaling. Mutations in this gene are associated with Cenani-Lenz syndrome.
