Latexin Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot using Latexin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118038) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: A549 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: Hela Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: MCF7 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: HL60 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 26 kDa. Observed band size: 33 kDa.

Latexin Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Latexin Immunoprecipitation using: Lane A: 0.5 mg MCF7 Whole Cell Lysate 4 µL with Latexin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118038) and 60 μg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein A/G. Primary antibody: Latexin Polyclonal Antibody, at 1:100 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) /HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 26 kDa. Observed band size: 34 kDa.
