Latexin Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of Latexin in MCF7 cells using a Latexin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-82498). The analysis shows localization to nucleoplasm & cytosol.

Latexin Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) — Immunohistochemical analysis of Latexin in human prostate using a Latexin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-82498). The analysis shows strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity in glandular cells.

Latexin Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of Latexin by a Latexin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-82498). Analysis in mouse cell line NIH-3T3 and rat cell line NBT-II.

Latexin Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. MCF-7 were transfected with, control siRNA, Latexin siRNA (probe #1), and Latexin siRNA (probe #2) and a decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blot application using anti-Latexin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-82498) used at a dilution of 0.4 µg/mL.
