Phospho-NHE3 (Ser522) Antibody (MA1-46464) in WB
Western blot analysis of Phospho-NHE3 (Ser522) in Hek293 lysate (0.5 mg/mL). Samples were incubated with Phospho-NHE3 (Ser522) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-46464). Simple Western lane view shows a specific band for NHE3. This experiment was performed under reducing conditions using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

Mutations in the gene can lead to Diarrhea 8.
