DUSP10 Antibody (MA5-26813) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human colon tissue. To expose target proteins, 1 mM EDTA in 10mM Tris, pH8.0 was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a DUSP10 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26813) at a dilution of 1:150.

Target Information
Microsomal long and very long chain fatty acid elongation uses malonyl-CoA as the 2-carbon donor and consists of 4 sequential reactions. GPSN2 catalyzes the final step, reducing trans-2, 3-enoyl-CoA to saturated acyl-CoA.
