Flow cytometric analysis of Cynomolgus FCGR2B expression on Cynomolgus monocytes. Cells were stained with FCGR2B Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (46) (Product # MA5-28984), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable monocytes.

This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The advantages of using recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies include: better specificity and sensitivity, lot-to-lot consistency, animal origin-free formulations, and broader immunoreactivity to diverse targets due to larger rabbit immune repertoire.
This antibody has specificity for Cynomolgus CD32b/Fc gamma RIIB.
Target Information
This gene encodes one member of a family of immunoglobulin Fc receptor genes found on the surface of many immune response cells. The protein encoded by this gene is a cell surface receptor found on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, and is involved in the process of phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
