CD64 Antibody (MA5-29706) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of mouse CD64 in Raw264.7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with CD64 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (27) (Product # MA5-29706, 1:60) at 37°C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cells membrane.

This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The advantages of using recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies include: better specificity and sensitivity, lot-to-lot consistency, animal origin-free formulations, and broader immunoreactivity to diverse targets due to larger rabbit immune repertoire.
This antibody has specificity for Mouse CD64/FCGR1.
Target Information
CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. CD64 is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor and is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. CD64 plays an important role in the immune response and its dysfunction has been studied in cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
