KCC2 Antibody (MA5-45496) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis using human neuroblastoma cells. Fixation involved 4% Formaldehyde for 15 min at RT. Samples were incubated with KCC2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45496) at 1:100 for 60 min at RT, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:200 for 60 min at RT. Target Information
Mediates electroneutral potassium-chloride cotransport in mature neurons. Transport occurs under isotonic conditions, but is activated 20-fold by cell swelling. Important for Cl(-) homeostasis in neurons.
