LRP4 Antibody (MA5-45578) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis using human neuroblastoma cells. Fixation involved 4% Formaldehyde for 15 min at RT. Samples were incubated with LRP4 (Extracellular) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45578) at 1:100 for 60 min at RT, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1:100 for 60 min at RT. 1 µg/mL of MA5-45578 was sufficient for detection of LRP4 in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |Detects the extracellular domain of LRP4 approximately 215kDa. Degradation product can be seen at approximately 150kDa.
This antibody was formerly sold as clone S207-27.
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein family. The encoded protein may be a regulator of Wnt signaling. Mutations in this gene are associated with Cenani-Lenz syndrome.
