TIGAR Antibody (MA5-55720) in WB
Western blot analysis of TIGAR in 15 µg of HeLa. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. TIGAR band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary TIGAR monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55720) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the kelch family of proteins, which are characterized by kelch repeat motifs and a POZ/BTB protein-binding domain. It is thought that kelch repeats are actin binding domains. However, the specific function of this protein has not been determined. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
