MAD1 Antibody (PA5-28991) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of MAD1 was performed in HeLa cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: MAD1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28991) diluted at 1:500. Red: HEC1, a kinetochore marker. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Target Information
MAX dimerization protein belongs to a subfamily of MAX-interacting proteins. This protein competes with MYC for binding to MAX to form a sequence-specific DNA-binding complex, acts as a transcriptional repressor (while MYC appears to function as an activator) and is a candidate tumor suppressor.
