          MAD1 Antibody (PA5-79617) in ICC/IF

          Immunocytochemistry analysis of MAD1 using anti-MAD1 antibody (Product # PA5-79617) . MAD1 was detected in a section of U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-MAD1 antibody (Product # PA5-79617) overnight at 4°C.           Target Information

          MAX dimerization protein belongs to a subfamily of MAX-interacting proteins. This protein competes with MYC for binding to MAX to form a sequence-specific DNA-binding complex, acts as a transcriptional repressor (while MYC appears to function as an activator) and is a candidate tumor suppressor.
