PA5-21594 targets MAD2 in immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and Western blot applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. For immunohistochemistry (paraffin), antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0) is recommended.
