Western blot was performed using Anti-MAD2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-22283) and a 23 kDa band corresponding to Mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint protein MAD2A was observed across the cell lines tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HEK-293 (Lane 1), SH-SY5Y (Lane 2), HeLa (Lane 3), A-431 (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Target Information
Tight junction proteins (TJPs) belong to a family of membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) homologs that are involved in the organization of epithelial and endothelial intercellular junctions. TJPs bind to the cytoplasmic C termini of junctional transmembrane proteins and link them to the actin cytoskeleton.
