1x10^6 RAW 264.7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 µg Coralite® Plus 488 MAFB Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-20189) (red), or 0.4 µg CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a basic leucine zipper transcription factor that plays an important role in the regulation of lineage-specific hematopoiesis. The encoded nuclear protein represses ETS1-mediated transcription of erythroid-specific genes in myeloid cells. This gene contains no introns.
