MAPK12 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse heart tissue slide using (Product # 20184-1-AP) (MAPK12 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

MAPK12 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20184-1-AP (MAPK12 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

MAPK12 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-MAPK12 (IP:20184-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:20184-1-AP 1:800) with mouse skeletal muscle tissue lysate 2200ug.
