MOK Antibody (PA5-104547) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded MOK in human brain tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with MOK polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104547) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Target Information
MOK is able to phosphorylate several exogenous substrates and to undergo autophosphorylation. It negatively regulates cilium length in a cAMP and mTORC1 signaling-dependent manner.
