Western blot analysis of MON1A in extracts of K-562 cells. Samples were incubated with MON1A Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-109969) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 2 min.

Target Information
MON1A is a cytosolic protein that peripherally associates with the ER. MON1A plays an important role in membrane trafficking through the secretory apparatus. MON1A affects different steps in the secretory pathway including endoplasmic reticulum-to-Golgi traffic. MON1A encodes several isoforms with MW about 62, 55, 45 and 34 kDa.
