PA5-30523 targets MTBP in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-30523 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 677 and 904 of Human MTBP.
Inhibits cell migration in vitro and suppresses the invasive behavior of tumor cells (By similarity). May play a role in MDM2-dependent TP53/p53 homeostasis in unstressed cells. Inhibits autoubiquitination of MDM2, thereby enhancing MDM2 stability. This promotes MDM2-mediated ubiquitination of TP53/p53 and its subsequent degradation.
