MTMR15 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Detection of human MTMR15 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- MTMR15 (Product # A302-660A; lot 3) used at a dilution of 1:200 (1 µg/mL). Detection: DAB.

MTMR15 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) — **Detection of human MTMR15 by immunohistochemistry.** *Sample:* FFPE section of human ovarian carcinoma. *Antibody:* Affinity purified rabbit anti- MTMR15 (Cat. No. A302-660A Lot1) used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1µg/ml). *Detection:* DAB.

MTMR15 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — **Detection of human MTMR15 by western blot and immunoprecipitation.** *Samples:* Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. *Antibodies:* Affinity purified rabbit anti-MTMR15 antibody A302-660A used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. MTMR15 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MTMR15 antibody BL9603, which recognizes a downstream epitope. *Detection:* Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 10 seconds (B).

MTMR15 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Detection of human MTMR15 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 5% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MTMR15 antibody (Product # A302-660A lot 3) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. MTMR15 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (A302-660A lot 2). For blotting immunoprecipitated MTMR15 (Product # A302-660A) was used at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
