Western blot analysis of MVB12A in extracts of rat pancreas. Samples were incubated with MVB12A Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-90833) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Target Information
FAM125A, also named as MVB12A and CFBP, is a component of the ESCRT-I complex. FAM125A is required for the sorting of endocytic ubiquitinated cargos into multivesicular bodies. FAM125A has three isoforms with MW 27-28 kDa and 25 kDa.
