Flow cytometry analysis of Modotuximab Chimeric. Hela cells were stained with Modotuximab Chimeric monoclonal (Product # MA5-41982) antibody (Yellow Histogram) and isotype control antibody (Blue Histogram), After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
