NCAM2 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemichal analysis of NCAM2 in HepG2 cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112624) at a dilution of 1:266. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were also counter-stained with DAPI.

NCAM2 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunocytochemical analysis of paraffin-embeded NCAM2 in human lung cancer using a NCAM2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112624) at a dilution of 1:100.

NCAM2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of NCAM2 in MCF-7 whole cell lysate using a NCAM2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112624) at a concentration of 2.7 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000.

Target Information

NCAM2 (neural cell adhesion molecule 2) is a cell adhesion molecule belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is differentially expressed in the developing and mature olfactory epithelium and is involved in the guidance of developing olfactory sensory neurons to the glomeruli of the olfactory bulb.
