NDUFS3 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using NDUFS3 antibody (Product # 15066-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

NDUFS3 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer using 15066-1-AP (NDUFS3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40x lens).

NDUFS3 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15066-1-AP (NDUFS3 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

NDUFS3 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-NDUFS3 (IP:15066-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:15066-1-AP 1:500) with mouse heart tissue lysate 4000ug.

Target Information
