NEDD8 Antibody (PA5-95403) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of NEDD8 using anti-NEDD8 antibody (Product # PA5-95403) . NEDD8 was detected in a section of A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-NEDD8 antibody (Product # PA5-95403) overnight at 4°C. Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human HepG2 whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell, human RT4 whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, rat brain tissue, rat thymus tissue, mouse brain tissue, mouse thymus tissue. IHC: human lung cancer tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Flow: A431 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
NEDD8 is a ubiquitin-like protein which plays an important role in cell cycle control and embryogenesis. Covalent attachment to its substrates requires prior activation by the E1 complex UBE1C-APPBP1 and linkage to the E2 enzyme UBE2M. Attachment of NEDD8 to cullins activates their associated E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, and thus promotes polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of cyclins and other regulatory proteins.
