NEMF Antibody (A305-757A-T) in IP
Detection of human NEMF by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NEMF antibody A305-757A-M (lot A305-757A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. NEMF was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NEMF antibody A305-758A-M. For blotting immunoprecipitated NEMF, A305-757A-M was used at 1:400. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
