PA1-4174 detects NKIAMRE in human samples.
PA1-4174 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures.
The PA1-4174 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues N(414) C N G L K E N P H C G G S V(428) of the 50 kDa human NKIAMRE.
Maintain at 4°C for 3 months or at -20°C for longer periods. Stable for 1 year. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
A novel cyclin-dependent kinase-related molecule, NKIAMRE, has been identified that is thought to be a tumor suppressor locus. The NKIAMRE gene has a cytolocalization on 5q, which is a region that is interstitially deleted in human acute leukemia and human myeloid dysplastic disorders.
