PA5-28242 targets NKRF in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-28242 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 335 and 690 of Human NKRF.
This gene encodes a transcription factor that interacts with specific negative regulatory elements (NREs) to mediate transcriptional repression of certain NK-kappa-B-responsive genes. The protein localizes predominantly to the nucleolus with a small fraction found in the nucleoplasm and cytoplasm.
