Immunofluorescent analysis of NOLC1 showing staining in the cytoplasm and nucleolus of A431 cells. A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using a NOLC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35938) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
