Immunohistochemical analysis of NOLC1 in paraffin-embedded human kidney following steamed antigen retrieval with a citrate buffer, pH 6, using a NOLC1 polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-37912) at a dilution of 2ug/ml. Detection was performed using an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody.
