NR2C2 Antibody (PA5-148249) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of NR2C2 in A431 cells. Samples were incubated with NR2C2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148249) using a dilution of 1:1,000 at 4°C overnight followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 10% serum. Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

Target Information
Members of the nuclear hormone receptor family, such as NR2C2, act as ligand-activated transcription factors. The proteins have an N-terminal transactivation domain, a central DNA-binding domain with 2 zinc fingers, and a ligand-binding domain at the C terminus. The activated receptor/ligand complex is translocated to the nucleus where it binds to hormone response elements of target genes.
