Western blot analysis of NRCAM in Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 5% SDS-PAGE and incubated in NRCAM polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117357) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.
