PA5-28972 targets NSD3 in IF and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples.
The PA5-28972 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 821 and 1062 of Human NSD3.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
This gene is related to the Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome candidate-1 gene and encodes a protein with PWWP (proline-tryptophan-tryptophan-proline) domains. The function of the protein has not been determined. Two alternatively spliced variants have been described.
