Phospho-TrkC (Tyr820) Antibody (OST00233W-100UL) in WB
WB on rat brain lysate using Rabbit antibody to phospho Y820 TrkC (OST00233W) at 1:1000 dilution incubated overnight at 4°C. A single band will be detected. Pre-absorption of the antibody with the immunizing peptide completely abolishes the detected band.

Target Information
NTRK3 (TRKC) belongs to the neurotrophic factor family of related polypeptides central to the development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system. Known substrates for the TRK receptors are SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. The different isoforms do not have identical signaling properties. The protein is widely expressed, mainly in the nervous tissue. The isoform B is expressed in a relatively large amount in the adult brain comparatively to fetal brain. TRKC is subject to ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation. The protein structure contains 2 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and 2 leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.
