OxPhos Human WB Antibody (45-8199) in WB
Western blot analysis of OxPhos in mitochondria isolated from MRC5 using an OxPhos Monoclonal antibody cocktail (Product # 45-8199). Each lane contains 10 µg of mitochondria isolated from MRC5 fibroblasts. In Lanes 1-5 the individual antibodies that make up the cocktail were used to label these samples. In Lane 6 the OxPhos Monoclonal antibody cocktail (Product # 45-8199) was used to label the sample.

This product is a cocktail of multiple OxPhos Mouse anti Human antibodies.
C-I-20 (ND6) (clone) 20E9DH10C12 - Bovine Complex I
This is an optimized premixed cocktail suitable for Western Blotting analysis of the relative levels of the 5 OxPhos complexes in mitochondrial preparations from human sources. These clones were chosen because they are against a subunit that is labile when its complex is not assembled. Moreover, the combination is readily resolved in SDS-PAGE when the appropriate gel conditions are used.
