PA1-25886 detects MSH2 from human and mouse samples.
PA1-25886 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen), immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunoprecipitation, and Western blot procedures.
The PA1-25886 immunogen is full length recombinant MSH2 protein.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Plays a role in neurogenesis and neuronal migration. Necessary for correct formation of mitotic spindles and chromosome separation during mitosis. Necessary for cytokinesis and cell proliferation.
