Immunocytochemistry analysis of Phospho-JunB (Thr255) in H2O2 treated HepG2 cells. Antibody detects endogenous levels of JunB only when phosphorylated at Thr255.
Target Information
JunB, a member of the Jun cellular oncogene family, is a basic region, leucine zipper transcription factor. It is involved in regulating gene activity following the primary growth factor response. JunB binds to the DNA sequence 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'. Cellular oncogenes play critical roles in cellular communication pathways that regulate growth, development, and differentiation.
