PLXNB1 Antibody (PA5-143747) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of PLXNB1 in rat PC12 cells differentiated with NGF. The cells were probed with rabbit PLXNB1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143747) and mouse CD100 (SEMA4D) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47680), then the antibodies were detected using appropriate secondary antibody conjugated to DyLight® 594.

The antibody detects 300, 150, and 100 kDa* bands on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of mouse liver and rat PC12 cells. These bands correspond to the full length and proteolytically processed forms of Plexin B1. In mouse liver, this antibody detects 300 and 100 kDa forms of Plexin B1.
Target Information
Plexin B1 is a protein of the plexin family that in humans is encoded by the PLXNB1gene. Receptor for SEMA4D. Plays a role in RHOA activation and subsequent changes of the actin cytoskeleton. Plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration.
