SNX12 Antibody (PA5-99046) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of SNX12 in A549 cells using a SNX12 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99046) at a dilution of 1:200. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were counter-stained with DAPI.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein does not contain a coiled coil region, like some family members. A similar protein in mouse may be involved in regulating the neurite outgrowth. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
