PBK Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue slide using 16110-1-AP (PBK antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens) heat mediated antigen retrieved with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9).

PBK Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16110-1-AP (PBK antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

PBK Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with 0.2ug PBK antibody (16110-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Target Information

This genes encodes a serine/threonine kinase related to the dual specific mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase family. Evidence suggests that mitotic phosphorylation is required for its catalytic activity. This mitotic kinase may be involved in the activation of lymphoid cells and support testicular functions, with a suggested role in the process of spermatogenesis.
