Western blot analysis of PBRM1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with PBRM1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97280) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

Target Information
The PBRM1 gene encodes a subunit of the PBAF (Polybromo-associated BAF) chromatin remodeling complex, playing a crucial role in the regulation of chromatin structure and transcription. It is involved in pathways that govern cell cycle regulation and DNA damage response, reflecting its importance in maintaining genomic stability.
