PCQAP Antibody (MA5-49257) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of PCQAP in A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in PCQAP Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49257) using a dilution of 2 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human K562 whole cell, human U87 whole cell, human CACO-2 whole cell, human HL-60 whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell. Target Information
This gene encodes a transcription factor that represses GATA-regulated genes and binds to a dynein light chain protein. Binding of the encoded protein to the dynein light chain protein affects binding to GATA consensus sequences and suppresses its transcriptional activity. Defects in this gene are a cause of tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome (TRPS) types I-III.
