PDGFA-associated protein 1 (PDAP1) is a phosphoprotein that may upregulate the PDGFA-stimulated growth of fibroblasts and also downregulate the mitogenicity of PDGFB. PDGFA in rodents has been shown to bind PDGFA with a low affinity.
