PA5-31293 targets PDE10A in IF, IHC (P), and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-31293 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 547 and 779 of Human PDE10A.
Various cellular responses are regulated by the second messengers cAMP and cGMP. Phosphodiesterases, such as PDE10A, eliminate cAMP- and cGMP-mediated intracellular signaling by hydrolyzing the cyclic nucleotide to the corresponding nucleoside 5-prime monophosphate (Fujishige et al., 2000 [PubMed 10998054]).
