PEDF Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of PEDF in paraffin-embedded human esophageal cancer tissue. Samples were incubated with PEDF polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76054).

PEDF Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot was performed using Anti-PEDF Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-76054) and a 46 kDa band corresponding to PEDF was observed in Hep G2 treated with protein transport inhibitor but not in SK-OV-3 upon same treatment. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of Hep G2 (Lane 1), Hep G2 treated with 1X protein transport inhibitor for 4 hours (Lane 2), SK-OV-3 (Lane 3) or SK-OV-3 treated with 1X protein transport inhibitor for 4 hours (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 10% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0301BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005). A non-specific band observed close to 70 kDa has been marked with an asterisk.
