Target Information
Pellino 1 is the mammalian homologue of Pellino, a Drosophila Pelle-interacting protein. Pelle is a serine-threonine kinase through which Toll signaling can occur. Pellino 1 can activate c-Jun, Elk-1 and NF-kB, whereas Pellino 3 can only activate c-Jun and Elk-1(2).
