Western Blot analysis of PFDN5 in multiple sample types using a PFDN5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112610) at a concentration of 2 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:15000. Sample types that were tested include: Lane 1: EC109 whole cell lysate, Lane 2: 293T whole cell lysate.

Target Information
Binds specifically to cytosolic chaperonin (c-CPN) and transfers target proteins to it. Binds to nascent polypeptide chain and promotes folding in an environment in which there are many competing pathways for nonnative proteins. Represses the transcriptional activity of MYC.
