PGAM5 Antibody (PA5-40106) in WB
Western blot analysis of PGAM5 in wild-type (WT) and PGAM5 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were incubated with PGAM5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-40106) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Separated by 12% SDS-PAGE. The signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Target Information
Displays phosphatase activity for serine/threonine residues, and, dephosphorylates and activates MAP3K5 kinase. Has apparently no phosphoglycerate mutase activity. May be regulator of mitochondrial dynamics. Substrate for a KEAP1-dependent ubiquitin ligase complex. Contributes to the repression of NFE2L2-dependent gene expression. Acts as a central mediator for programmed necrosis induced by TNF, by reactive oxygen species and by calcium ionophore. [UniProt]
