PHD2 Antibody (PA1-16946) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of PHD2 in HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with PHD2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-16946) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by Dylight 488 (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and DyLight 550 (red).

Target Information
SYMPK is a nuclear protein that functions in the regulation of polyadenylation and promotes gene expression. The protein forms a high-molecular weight complex with components of the polyadenylation machinery. It is thought to serve as a scaffold for recruiting regulatory factors to the polyadenylation complex. It also participates in 3'-end maturation of histone mRNAs, which do not undergo polyadenylation.
