Immunocytochemistry analysis of PIEZO2 in A431 cells. Samples were incubated with PIEZO2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72975) using a dilution of 1:100 followed by Dylight 550 (red). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and Dylight 550 (red).
